The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Perform installations of products including glass, trim, and other construction materials. Execute caulking and construction painting tasks with precision. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, maintaining effective communication throughout the process. Utilize tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct masonry work as required for specific projects. Assist with welding tasks when necessary, ensuring high-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proficiency in caulking techniques and trim carpentry. Experience in construction painting and glass installation. Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Knowledge of masonry practices is preferred. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project documentation is a plus. Basic welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
