un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Seeking a Skilled Laborer For Odds and Ends Home Repairs (Getzville) ‹ image 1 of 5 › compensation: To be detemined 5 Repairs Needed 1. Secure somehow the entry upper stair railing to a mostly hollow wall (pictured now with broken paint stick for temporary stabiliity 2. Replace a landing tread for the entryway staircase 3. Installing a transition tread from between the kitchen and dining room and another between the living room and the hallway. 4. Install door framing for a bedroom door 5. Remove and replace molded (due to a leak) ceiling drywall in the garage.
