This role is ideal for someone with real-world experience in stonework, hardscaping, and/or exterior carpentry — whether you’ve laid patios, built raised beds and retaining walls, or framed decks and fences. Who You Are:

A motivated, detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in doing things right Physically strong and eager to work outdoors with your hands Comfortable working independently after training, but also a good communicator with teammates and clients Reliable, respectful, and personable

A valid driver’s license A truck or reliable transportation Flexibility for occasional long days or weekend work Experience with reading plans and setting grades

Must-Haves:
