⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Carpenter/Maintenance Technician (Hamilton) Bailey’s Property Management compensation: $25-30 per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Carpenter/Maintenance Technician Bailey’s Real Estate & Property Management is looking for a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. As a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician, you will be entrusted with preserving the good condition and functionality of the properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will responsibly observe all safety guidelines.
Main Job Duties:
- Carpentry
- Apartment Turnovers
- Electrical
- Plumbing repair
- Heating & cooling system maintenance
Repairs Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and technical skills
- Self-starter and reliable team member
- Able to speak respectfully with tenants
- Must have dependable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
Work Location:
- This job would service our apartment buildings/communities at three locations, Clinton, Sherburne and Oneida.
