The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be proficient in using power tools .This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, walls and fixtures. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks. Lay tiles and perform concrete forming as needed for specific projects. Install fixtures including cabinets, doors, windows, and moldings. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project specifications. Conduct construction painting and siding installation as part of finishing work. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry tasks. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Experience with tile laying, concrete forming, fixture installation, plumb work, roofing, construction painting, siding installation, and mold remediation is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
