You’re the kind of person/crew who can take a job and bring it across the finish line — you think, plan, and execute like an owner. We’re a premium interior renovation company doing bathrooms, kitchens, and other work. We’re busy and only want to work with people who can keep up with our standards and finish strong. ????

Who We Need:

• You can do it all: layout, electric, plumbing, blocking, waterproofing, trim, finishes, etc.
• You understand the full process: you think ahead and plan for drywall, tile thickness, and fixture placement.
• You take pride — you do clean work, maintain clean job sites and stand behind your work.
• You can read install instructions and follow specs.
• You’re independent and accountable — no babysitting.
• You have a truck/van, your own tools, and work smart.

Scope of Work:

• Layout and prep
• Rough plumbing & electric (basic is fine — we bring in professionals for major work)
• Blocking and framing
• Waterproofing (GoBoard, Kerdi, etc.) and Tile
• Sheetrock/taping
• Fixture installs (vanity, toilet, shower trim, shower doors, etc.)
• Punch list work ????

Compensation:

• Project-based pay
• Paid upon completion — no daily rates
• Consistent work for the right person/crew
• Must operate as an independent contractor ????
