VP Quality Contracting VP Quality Contracting is looking for a hardworking and reliable Carpenter Helper to join our team and support ongoing residential and commercial construction projects across Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while learning from experienced carpenters. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with framing, installing trim, and general carpentry tasks
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials under supervision
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols
• Support various tasks as needed throughout the project lifecycle ________________________________________

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of construction or carpentry experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required ________________________________________
