Painting Subcontractor Founders Acquisitions Philadelphia, PA 19130 Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor crew to complete various residential paint projects in the greater Philadelphia are. You will need to bring a crew of or 2 or more people along with your own van/truck and equipment (sprayer, ladders, etc). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while adhering to both quality and safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Operate power tools safely and effectively during various tasks. Perform quality and thorough prep work ensuring a great final product. Apply caulk where necessary to seal gaps and improve finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Skills Proficiency in paint spraying techniques. Experience with siding & trim repair, installation, and finishing processes.
