The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. Preference to the people who has the the ability to read blueprints and work effectively on various projects. This role requires hands-on experience with power tools and a solid understanding of residential construction and site safety protocols. The Skilled Laborer will play a vital role in restoring, building, and fabricating structures to meet our clients’ needs. Chance to become a permanent employee with benefits and profit sharing. Duties Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications PREFERRED, but not necessary. Perform remodeling tasks including fixture installation and door hanging. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Assist in the restoration of structures, ensuring quality workmanship. Build and fabricate components as required for specific projects. Apply stucco finishes as needed, maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience in skilled labor or related fields such as construction or remodeling. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions is NOT a requirement but preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and other construction equipment safely. Experience with fixture installation, door hanging, and stucco application is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
