Residential Carpenter – Punch Out SPG Capital Hanover, PA 17331 Residential Carpenter – Punch Out SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company actively looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The Residential Carpenter – Punch Out role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties.
Daily responsibilities include:
Carpentry and finish work Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors Providing project status updates Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing team Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of residential, multi-family and mixed-use property renovations Experience in carpentry and finish work Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Strong communication skills Attention to details Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Knowledge of mechanicals including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
