The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in fabricating and assembling structures. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for completing a variety of projects, including residential and commercial work, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble wooden structures according to specifications and blueprints. Perform door hanging, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Execute drywall installation and finishing tasks with precision. Engage in frame carpentry for walls, roofs, and other structural components. Conduct concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures. Provide water damage restoration services by assessing damage and executing repairs. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square for optimal results. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in fabricating and assembling structures using various materials. Familiarity with maintenance person tasks beyond carpentry is a plus. Experience in door hanging, drywall installation, frame carpentry, concrete forming, water damage restoration, plumb work, and masonry is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job site locations. Must have basic hand tools at least.
