- Have an exceptional craft for carpentry work
- Framing experience
- Must be able to read commercial and residential drawings
- Form and finish Concrete
- Set and build concrete forms
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
- Must have experience and keen attention to detail
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug test.
