The ideal candidate will have basic experience in carpentry and will install interior products at customers’ sites. Ensure that each installation he/she is working on is completed under optimum conditions of quality, productivity, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and ease of operations. Duties Minimize need for re-work, check accuracy and quality of work, assume responsibility for work being performed. Accurately complete Daily Field Log/ hours worked including Cost Code. Meet daily/weekly goals. Follow all safety policies. Have an impeccable attendance record. Be available for overtime, if needed. Maintain positive working relationship with customers and team members. Check installations to ensure work complies with shop drawings. Seek opportunities to improve methods, processes & procedures and communicate ideas to Lead Installer/Team Lead/Install Supervisor. Notify Lead Installer/Team Lead/Install Supervisor immediately of any injuries or accidents. Demonstrate good judgement and reasoning in investigating and solving installation problems. Demonstrate ability to multitask/prioritize. Perform all tasks assigned by Team Lead/Lead Installer. Clocks in and out appropriately and fills out Daily Time Log accurately.
Pay rate:
$18 an hour. Negotiable depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Requirements:
MUST be able to pass a drug test. MUST be able to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license
