Minimum 7 years of full-time experience in remodeling. Reliable transportation must be able to carry the supplied tools when necessary. Must have basic tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good people skills. Mostly interior work. Light framing, trim including crown molding, drywall, must be able to do excellent finish tapping, and painting. Light electrical and plumbing.
