Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. 3-5 years work related experience and formal training with certification
3. Work with limited supervision

Valid South Carolina Drivers LicenseReports To:

This person is directly responsible to the Structural Master Foreman.

Job Goal:

Repair District facilities in an expedient manor.

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Using and caring for hand and power tools
2. Ability to frame andplete finish carpentry/crown moulding
3. Ability to lay out and build walls including covering
4. Ability to apply roof shingles
5. Ability to install dry wall
6. Ability to install and repair doors and hardware
7. Ability to install acoustical ceilings
8. Ability to construct concrete forms
9. Ability to figure materials needed for projects
10. Other duties assigned by supervisor
11. Basic electrical and plumbing preferred
12. Ability to read blue prints

Terms of Employment:

Twelve Month with Salary on Maintenance/ Warehouse Schedule
