! Our services include residential additions, interior / exterior renovations, kitchen, and bath remodels. I am looking for a person with experience in all phases of remodeling. I do not expect you to be an expert in all areas but knowledge and experience is required. Please do not apply if you are just starting out and don’t have at least 7 years of full time work in the trades Typically, our projects are within a 30mi radius of downtown Greenville. Must be able to work without supervision! Must be able to work as a team member with others. Reliable transportation , phone, & tools required This job requires heavy lifting, climbing ladders, use of power tools and working outside in heat/cold some days. Duties will include demolition, carpentry ( rough and finish), siding and trim, drywall, painting, tile, windows, doors, light plumbing, light electrical, roofing. English speaking and writing individual. Able to pass background check with no felony.
