(Fort Mill) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: Whatever we agree to Experienced Framer/Foundation Expert Needed – Sunken Floor Repair needed in Fort Mill I am looking for a highly skilled Framer versed in Foundation repair, to assess and repair a sunken floor in a residential home. This is NOT a general labor job—ONLY experienced professionals should apply. Access the crawl space byu cutting cinder block, supporting house and adding piers. (This photo is an example of what is needed!)
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years experience in framing or foundation repair ✔ Strong understanding of joists, beams, subflooring, and structural reinforcement ✔ Ability to accurately assess the issue and provide a permanent solution ✔ Own professional-grade tools and equipment ✔ Licensed and insured (preferred)
Project Details:
Home has a 3 inch floor dip in the kitchen that requires expert evaluation and repair Likely involves joist reinforcement, subfloor leveling, and adding of poured piers. Must be able to execute clean, precise work with minimal disruption to tenants.
