The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while collaborating with other tradespeople to achieve project goals. Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform door hanging and frame carpentry to ensure proper fitting and functionality. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Assist in stucco application and roofing projects as needed. Lay tiles accurately to create aesthetically pleasing surfaces. Install cabinets with precision, ensuring alignment and stability. Conduct construction painting to enhance the appearance of finished projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry work. Knowledge of stucco application techniques and roofing practices. Experience in door hanging, tile laying, cabinet installation, and construction painting. Strong understanding of frame carpentry principles and practices. Ability to plumb structures accurately for optimal performance. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
