Staff Zone is currently hiring Concrete Form Carpenters for immediate work in the Nashville area. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who are skilled in forming and setting concrete for commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and dismantle forms for concrete placement
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials for forming
• Set and align forms to desired pitch and depth
• Install rebar, wire mesh, and anchor bolts as needed
• Ensure formwork is properly braced and secured
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete form carpenter
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• OSHA 10 is a plus
