Installation Helper Position Available In Hamilton, Tennessee

Window Frame Installer – Entry Level $20 per hour with advancement up to $28 per hour! We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in the installation of residential and commercial window frames , including shower doors and storefront windows. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work.

Responsibilities:

Support installers with window frame installation Handle materials and tools to ensure smooth project execution Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting components

Required Skills:

Proficiency with a tape measure (essential) Experience using hand tools and power tools , including drills and saws

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fabrication, installation, glazing, or construction Prior experience with farm work or similar hands-on labor Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, up to 20 times per day

Experience Level:

Entry Level – No prior installation experience required, just a willingness to learn and work hard.
