Experience:
Carpentry experience is a must.
Roofer:
experience with commercial/residential roofing (EPDM, flat, low slope, Mod Bit, Standing Seam, shingle, etc)
Carpenter:
experience with wood window restoration and/or finish/detail woodworking and fabrication. Rough and finish carpenter.
Mason:
experience with tuckpointing, laying stone, restoration of brick and stone.
Stucco worker:
Experience with the historic restoration of stucco and/or plaster a plus.
Sheet Metal Worker:
Experience with architectural metal, fabrication, and roofing.
