• Job Scope:

• + Demolish & prep existing bathroom spaces for remodeling + Frame new walls + Install blocking and make layout adjustments as needed + Install sub-flooring, backer boards, waterproofing systems, and finish trim + Install vanities, cabinetry, mirrors, moldings, and built in shelving + Ensure doors, trim and all finish elements are properly aligned and installed
• Requirements
• + Must have prior experience + Must be familiar with current building codes, and moisture resistant construction practices
