We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades such as carpentry, framing, and over all maintenance. If you are a versatile individual who enjoys working on a variety of projects, we want to hear from you.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION BUT PART TIME TRAVELING TO DETROIT, MI.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks
- Install cabinets, lay tiles, and carry out various construction tasks
- Conduct all necessary remediation and repairs
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed with any construction
- Execute remodeling projects with attention to detail Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction person or in a similar role
- Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and general construction work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team setting or independently
- Leadership experience a plus
- Ability to work in temps ranging from 0 to 120 degrees
