Experience:
- 5-10 years of hands-on carpentry experience
- At least 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., crew leader, journeyman carpenter)
- Experience in residential, commercial, or remodeling projects (depending on the employer)
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Must have a good sense of humor!
