About Us We build a handful of distinctive custom homes each year—timber frames, modern farmhouses, and refined mountain retreats—in the Killington, Woodstock, and Central Vermont region. We prioritize craftsmanship, transparency, and mutual respect. Our systems (like BuilderTrend) keep communication clear, and our job sites are collaborative, organized, and intentional. What You’ll Do Execute high-quality carpentry in framing, siding, insulation, window/door installation, and interior finish work Work with Lead Carpenters and Project Managers to maintain pace and precision on job sites Contribute to job site cleanliness, material management, and workflow efficiency Solve problems creatively and take pride in your work Learn and grow your skillset as part of a high-performing team Follow safety and quality protocols, and work well with others Who You Are Level 1: 1-3 years of residential carpentry experience Level 2: 3-5+ years of experience and the ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight Comfortable reading plans and using common tools of the trade Motivated, detail-oriented, and respectful on job sites Willing to learn new systems and construction techniques Driver’s license and reliable transportation required Pay & Benefits $25-$35/hr depending on experience and proficiency Overtime pay Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Full-time, year-round work with room to grow Location Projects are located in Windsor County and Central Vermont.
