About Us We build a small number of custom homes each year—think timber frames, modern farmhouses, and mountain retreats—in the Killington, Woodstock, and Central Vermont region. What You’ll Do Support carpenters and crew with daily tasks on-site Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools Assist with framing, insulation, siding, interior finish work, and more Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site Learn proper use of tools and techniques from experienced builders Grow into greater responsibilities as skills develop Who You Are Punctual, dependable, and eager to work Comfortable doing physical labor in all weather conditions Interested in building a career in residential construction Respectful, team-oriented, and motivated to learn Driver’s license and reliable transportation required Prior construction experience a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $18-25/hr based on experience and attitude Overtime pay Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Full-time, year-round work with opportunities to grow into a builder role Location Projects are primarily located in Windsor County and Central Vermont.
