Ship Cleaning Labor Position Available In Jefferson, Louisiana

Ship Cleaning Labor GLO Resources LLC Kenner, LA 70062 GLO Resources is hiring Ship Cleaning Laborers in the Greater New Orleans area . Some travel out of state will be required with transportation provided to those locations. Pay will range between $17- $19/hr.experience dependent. When traveling out of state housing and per diem will be provided. The schedule is Monday – Sunday. Hours vary by week.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressure washer to clean interior and exterior of ships. Using various cleaning tools and chemicals to sanitize ship surfaces Remove debris, trash, and other waste materials from the ship Operate power tools and equipment to assist in cleaning and maintenance tasks Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo and supplies as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment May be assigned other duties

Qualifications:

Preferably speaks Spanish (Bilingual) Minimum 1 year of experience in a marine environment Must be able to pass a drug screen. Comfortable working around the water and in high elevations. Valid TWIC card Valid Driver’s License Willing to submit to a drug screen and physical exam.
