The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction skills. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, renovations, and hardscape installations. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including forms and reinforcements. Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and appearances. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of designs. Operate heavy equipment as needed for transporting materials and assisting in the construction process. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Perform tile laying and flooring installation as required by project needs. Restore existing concrete structures through renovation techniques. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with tile laying, flooring installation, hardscape work, and renovation processes is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings. Proficient in operating power tools and heavy equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
