As a Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ourcompany, working closely with our account managers, brokers, andproducers to provide top-notch placement solutions. This positionis hybrid, offering the flexibility to work both remotely andin-office, allowing you to balance your professional and personallife effectively. With your deep understanding of commercial lines,placements, quotes, and policy analysis, you will be a vital linkin our business operations, ensuring we deliver the best possibleservice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a PlacementSpecialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limitedto: 1. Analyzing and reviewing policies to identify risks andensure they align with our clients’ needs. 2. Collaborating withaccount managers, brokers, and producers to develop comprehensiveplacement solutions. 3. Negotiating with carriers to secure thebest terms and conditions for our clients. 4. Preparing andpresenting proposals to clients, clearly outlining the benefits andcosts of each policy. 5. Utilizing our agency management system tokeep track of all policies, quotes, and placements. 6. Regularlyreviewing policies and placements to ensure they continue to meetour clients’ changing needs. 7. Preparing clear and concisestatements for clients, outlining their policy details and anyassociated risks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role,you will need: 1. A minimum of five years of experience incommercial lines, placements, quotes, policy analysis, andplacement solutions. 2. Exceptional negotiation skills and theability to work with a variety of carriers. 3. Strong knowledge ofrisk analysis and the ability to identify potential risks inpolicies. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toprepare and present clear, concise proposals. 5. Experience workingwith brokers, producers, and account managers. 6. Proficiency withagency management systems. 7. Strong attention to detail, with theability to review and analyze complex policies. 8. The ability towork in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple taskssimultaneously. 9. A proactive approach, with the ability toidentify issues before they become problems.
