As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, slabs, elevated slabs, and site work. Spread concrete to a specified depth and workable consistency. Levels, smooths and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straight edge, float, machine trowels, and/or power screed (Riders, Laser screeds). Finishes using power trowel; rub and patch concrete to meet quality standards. Loads, transports, and unloads tools, equipment, and supplies required for each project. Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment. Responsible for observing and complying with all safety policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with various finishing techniques and tools used in concrete work. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively. Commercial Concrete Finisher Concrete Finishers are responsible for smoothing and finishing poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and site work (curbs, sidewalks, loading docks, etc.) to specified quality using hand tools or power tools to include floats, trowels, and screeds.
