We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
• Operate hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces, including trowels, screeds, and power grinders
• Understand and interpret construction schematics for accurate project execution
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor as required for concrete work
• Set and align forms to ensure accurate dimensions and a smooth finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from jobsite
