Job Description:

As a Rebar Worker/Concrete Framework Technician, you will: Use hand and power tools. Clean and prepare job sites. Set and strip formwork (the molds for concrete). Move and set rebar (steel reinforcing bars). Assist with plumbing. Perform other construction tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow instructions from supervisors. Do basic math and take accurate measurements. Work independently and solve problems. Visualize how different parts of the project fit together. Build the formwork of the pool, to prepare for concrete. Cut Rebar, Plumbing, and Wood. Ensure the job site is clean and organized.

Requirements:

MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY & LIFT 60

lbs. or more. Must be able to withstand outdoor conditions. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Reliable transportation. Eagerness and willingness to learn. Ability to take initiative and stay consistent. Desire to grow with the company. Pride in your work. Self-discipline and punctuality. Ability to read and understand instructions. Ability to understand units of length, width, and depth (centimeters, inches, feet). Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to work well with others.

Physical Demands:

This job requires you to: Perform strenuous physical labor. Bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of pools, and use hand tools. Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach with your hands and arms. Lift, carry, and drag heavy materials (rebar, lumber, plumbing, equipment). Work in extreme heat (outdoors).

You will work: Outdoors in all weather conditions. Around mechanical tools and loud noises (hammering).
