HDR is seeking a Concrete/Earthwork Field Specialist to support a large program in Pompano Beach Florida and Orlando, Florida.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise Materials Technicians working in concrete.
Perform andor coordinate Concrete Resolution Investigations.
Supervise the Turnpike Concrete Independent Assurance program to assure it meets and exceeds FDOT IA goals by testing method.
Check material availability for concrete mix designs submitted in Quality Control Plans.
Provide technical support to Turnpike Construction, Maintenance, and Design as well as Construction CEI teams.
Witness concrete repair and remedial work in the field when requested.
Investigate problems with cast-in-place, precast and prestressed concrete elements when requested.
Perform andor oversee FDOT Concrete process reviews to ensure compliance with specifications, procedures and quality control plans. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory/Lead experience helpful
FDOT or Florida Turnpike experience Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office product experience
General background-related experience
