- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must have reliable means of communication
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Job requires security clearance.
- Broward/ Miami Dade Public School security clearance preferred but not required.
- OSHA-10 certification is required.
- Prior experience in concrete/ rebar installation is required.
- Power tool operator experience a plus.
- Bobcat/ excavator operator experience is a plus.
