The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including installation and restoration. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be involved in multiple projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the installation and restoration of concrete structures and surfaces. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various tasks related to concrete forming and finishing. Perform caulking and stucco work as needed to ensure proper sealing and finishing of surfaces. Collaborate with carpenters for frame carpentry tasks related to concrete projects. Support flooring installation efforts by preparing surfaces and assisting with material handling. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Follow project plans and specifications accurately to meet quality standards. Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools relevant to concrete work. Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and practices. Experience with caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation preferred. Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks that complement concrete installations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
