Concrete Laborer/Finisher EZ Contracting LLC Tampa, FL 33610 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete installation and finishing, with a strong understanding of construction practices and techniques. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively on various projects, including hardscape installations and restoration work. Duties Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. Operate concrete mixers to mix materials according to specifications. Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and power tools. Build forms for concrete structures and ensure they are properly aligned. Restore existing concrete surfaces as needed, ensuring a high-quality finish. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required during installation processes. Collaborate with team members on metal stud framing projects and other construction tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site. Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry. Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques and materials. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Strong understanding of schematics and ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
