Full Job Description Overview:

Superior Builders Group is in search of an experienced construction tradesman/concrete finisher, please know that concrete work will not be your every day work. Applicant must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner as we do work for many public entities. Applicant should also be fluent in English and Spanish, have a valid drivers license, and come prepared to work equipped with their own hand tools. Paid Vacation After 90 Days Qualifications Proficient in concrete forming and finishing techniques Skilled in using hand and power tools Strong mechanical knowledge and construction estimating abilities Experience with rebar installation and concrete mixing Familiarity with blueprint reading and various construction tasks, including carpentry and drywall Bilingual in Spanish and English Valid driver’s license required Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools to perform concrete forming and finishing tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction layouts. Install rebar and prepare concrete mixtures for various projects. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to coordinate with diverse teams.
