The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess experience in various aspects of concrete work. This role involves working on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality results through effective teamwork and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment related to concrete placement and finishing. Assist in the preparation of job sites, including site layout and material handling. Perform concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing tasks with precision. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred. Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is a p Knowledge of construction estimating practices can enhance project efficiency. Experience with concrete pumping operations is beneficial.
