The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality of our projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout and finishing requirements. Prepare and finish concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps to assist in the pouring process. Perform frame carpentry tasks as needed, including constructing forms for pouring concrete. Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure compliance with project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong understanding of industry practices. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with heavy equipment operation related to concrete work. Skills in frame carpentry and plastering are highly desirable. Proficient in using power tools and machinery relevant to concrete finishing tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
