Concrete Finisher/Foreman A1 Terrazzo Ocala, FL 34470 Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction skills, ensuring high-quality results in various projects. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site. Duties Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. Mix and pour concrete according to specifications. Finish surfaces using hand tools and machinery to achieve a smooth and durable finish. Apply sealants, stains, or other treatments to enhance the appearance and longevity of concrete surfaces. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Perform repairs and restoration on existing concrete structures as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in concrete finishing or a related field. Familiarity with commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials. Skills in frame carpentry, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, and renovation are highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
