Manufacturing pre-cast concrete products in a construction environment Comfortable working with hand and basic power tools Able to read a measuring tape Comfortable working in a heavy construction atmosphere
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to meet production goals Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Adhere to company policies and procedures Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance Mix, transport, and pour concrete into forms Handle heavy lifting and use overhead cranes for larger loads Pour concrete into prepared forms and use tools like trowels to finish the surface Apply stains, sealants, and waterproofing to protect and finish the concrete
