Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Concrete/Demolition Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be well-versed in all aspects of concrete work, demolition, and general labor. If you’re someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and has a strong understanding of concrete from start to finish – we want to hear from you.

Compensation:

$23 – $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and demolition tasks Interpret and follow project plans and specifications Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise Work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

Prior concrete experience is required Solid understanding of the concrete process, from prep to finish Ability to perform physically demanding labor Team player with strong communication skills Proactive attitude with solid problem-solving abilities Reliable and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
