⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Concrete Stucco/finishing Worker Needed For Real Estate Investor (Palm beach) ‹ image 1 of 3 › compensation: $30 hourly /piece Real estate investor who buys fixes and flips houses throughout Palm Beach County is seeking a concrete stucco worker to handle our stucco finisher needs and be part of my crew. Must have all tools, experience and be able to repair, match existing textures that is existing . We usually use Home Depot or Lowe’s whichever is closer. Pay is $30 hourly or can do entire job based on $30 hourly x estimated time to complete the job at hand. Must fill out w9 or have an LLC, either is fine . you’re responsible for your own taxes Must have Zelle or Venmo.
