Are you a friendly and persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Full-Time Phone Sales Representative to join our windshield repair and replacement team. This hybrid position combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration and offers plenty of room for growth.

What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls from customers requesting windshield and auto glass quotes Make outbound follow-up calls to give quotes & schedule appointments Educate customers on our services and benefits to help them make informed decisions Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and the broader team to ensure top-tier service

Compensation:

$17/hour base pay PLUS commission on completed sales
