Concrete Laborer Randy’s Concrete Service, Inc Saint Augustine, FL 32084 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for working in the construction industry. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various concrete-related tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways. Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing. Help with drywall installation and flooring installation as needed. Support renovation projects by performing frame carpentry tasks. Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively when required. Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as part of daily operations. Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete surfaces. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Previous experience in concrete finishing or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with drywall installation, flooring installation, frame carpentry, and renovation processes is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; relevant certifications are advantageous. Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Proficiency in using power tools effectively and safely.
