Boom Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating concrete boom equipment to assist in various construction tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Boom Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Operate concrete boom equipment safely and efficiently during construction and operations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow on-site. Conduct routine inspections of boom equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of materials handled, including delivery logs and inspection reports. Assist with the maintenance of equipment and perform daily cleaning of equipment. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties. Assist with other equipment operations as needed, including line concrete pumps as needed. Qualifications Proven experience operating concrete boom equipment. Clean and Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with pumping concrete. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. MUST pass a pre-employment and random drug screening. MUST be dependable. MUST be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
