Site Foreman Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Skilled Laborer to join our growing concrete construction team. This role plays a key part in supporting concrete installation projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites. Ideal candidates will have general construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. Prior concrete experience is a plus, but we are happy to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with form setting, placing, and finishing concrete for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, and other structures.
• Support concrete pours by preparing materials, handling rebar, and ensuring site cleanliness.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, grading, demolition, and general site preparation.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (e.g., concrete saws, mixers, vibrators).
• Load and unload materials and tools; assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work site.
• Follow instructions from the site foreman and skilled tradespeople to complete daily tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company and job site safety policies and procedures.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by project schedules.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of general construction or labor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete work is a strong plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred but

Not Required:

• Experience working with concrete tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of formwork, rebar installation, or concrete finishing.
