Concrete Laborer/Finisher Earthbound Land Solutions Claxton, GA Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our construction projects. Duties Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and leveling. Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques, including trowels, floats, and screeds. Apply stucco finishes as required for aesthetic and protective purposes. Read blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and dimensions. Perform caulking tasks to seal joints and gaps in concrete structures. Operate concrete pumping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in metal stud framing as part of structural preparations. Conduct flooring installation tasks as needed, ensuring proper adherence and finish. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues during the finishing process. Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and equipment on-site. Restore damaged concrete surfaces through repair techniques, ensuring longevity and appearance.
