Advancement Specialist – Contract Fetch Staffing Solutions Conyers, GA 30094 Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling a 3+ month contract position for an Advancement Specialist for a large non-profit based in midtown Atlanta. This position requires Monday – Thursday in the office and Friday’s remote. Pay is $35-$40/hr DOE. Please submit your resume today for immediate consideration. The Advancement Specialist provides administrative and logistical support to the Advancement team, prioritizing support for Advancement leadership. This position provides scheduling, meeting coordination and critical administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. They also support stewardship activities, ensuring accurate record keeping. The Specialist works collaboratively with Advancement leadership, Advancement Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless team functionality. This role requires professionalism, initiative, strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive donor information. Duties and Responsibilities Administrative and Operational Support Provide administrative and scheduling support for Advancement leadership, including calendar management for C-Suite and VPs. Liase with other administrative assistants to coordinate calendars as needed. Process invoices, create purchase orders in NetSuite and enter data and create and route agreements in Salesforce. Reconcile the Advancement P-Card in Concur and track expenses appropriately. Coordinate travel arrangements and submit reimbursements via Concur for Advancement executives. Arrange travel as necessary for other Advancement team members if outside of Concur. Support Advancement Committee coordination, including meeting logistics, materials and scheduling. Organize and facilitate internal meetings, ensuring meeting room is set up appropriately (if in-person), technology is functional and materials are prepared before the meeting is scheduled. Manage inventory of Advancement office supplies, placing orders for new supplies when needed. Coordinate shipping of materials to donors, committee members and remote staff. Support logistics for offsite meetings and special donor events as needed. Donor Stewardship Support Support the development and mailing of individual donor acknowledgement letters as directed by Advancement leadership. Assist with donor print/mail projects and outreach campaigns as needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in business, communications, nonprofit management or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in administrative support and/or advancement, fundraising, or donor relations in a nonprofit setting. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) required; experience with Salesforce preferred. Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential donor and financial information. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working across departments. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
