The ideal candidate will have experience in various finishing techniques and be knowledgeable in multiple areas of construction. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality results. Duties Perform finishing tasks including stucco application, plastering, and trim carpentry. Assist in concrete pumping and masonry work as needed. Build and install various structures according to project specifications. Conduct construction estimating to ensure materials are available for projects. Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance. Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely on job sites. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience in stucco, plastering, trim carpentry, or related fields. Familiarity with concrete pumping and masonry techniques is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate construction equipment safely. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. A commitment to safety practices on job sites. Previous experience in construction estimating is a plus.
